Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their specific mental health needs, which entails evaluating their psychological, social, and environmental factors.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address client goals and objectives, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and crisis intervention strategies, ensuring clients receive personalized care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising nurses, physicians, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Attend regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights and stay updated with the latest research and trends in behavioral health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
