Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, based on best practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Administering various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment aligns with evidence-based guidelines.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards, while utilizing digital record-keeping systems to enhance efficiency.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and holistic care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to ongoing professional development and enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

• Providing psychoeducation and support to clients and their families, empowering them with the knowledge and resources necessary for effective mental health management.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient community, addressing a wide range of mental health issues and addiction challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting from USD 80,000 and going up to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
