Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Wisdom Wave Mental Wellness, your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), along with additional evidence-based interventions, to support clients in achieving their mental healthcare goals.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance are always upheld.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and holistic care for each patient.

• Engaging in peer consultations and professional development activities to enhance your skills and share insights that contribute to overall team growth and quality of care.

• Providing vital education and resources to patients and their families, demystifying mental health conditions and promoting understanding of available treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will encompass a varied demographic, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your academic expertise and foundational knowledge.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value your expertise and dedication, offering a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
