Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients to identify mental health needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customizing approaches to align with individual patient preferences and specific situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to protect patient confidentiality.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with our multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment effectiveness and improve patient outcomes.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and resources within the community that can support their journey.

• Stay informed about advancements in mental health practices, integrating new research findings into clinical work to provide the highest quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
