Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Wellness Support Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each patient's unique situation.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers to advocate for patient needs and enhance treatment outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals dealing with complex emotional and psychological challenges, including those receiving end-of-life care in our hospice center. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in social work, demonstrating your commitment to client welfare and professional development.

• Knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, strong therapeutic skills, and crisis intervention strategies.
