Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients’ mental health status using appropriate diagnostic tools, including the DSM-5, to personalize treatment plans that honor cultural diversity and unique needs.

• Formulate and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patients, continually reviewing their progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment records, complying with regulatory and departmental standards through the use of current technological resources.

• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans in conjunction with patients, their families, and other professionals, ensuring alignment with patient goals and desired outcomes.

• Oversee patient safety and symptom management, and proactively engage in team collaboration to enhance the therapeutic process.

• Coordinate referrals, facilitating effective communication between patients and ancillary service providers to ensure seamless care continuity.

Qualifications\n
