Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous and audit-compliant records for each intern, ensuring thorough documentation of services provided.

• Evaluate intern performance through structured assessments and provide necessary feedback and documentation as part of the acknowledgment and correction process.

• Coordinate with Centralized Intake, school site contacts, and clinical supervisors to effectively monitor intern caseloads and address any concerns proactively.

• Contribute to ongoing audits and quality assurance initiatives regarding documentation and client records to meet agency standards.
\n
• Participate in program and agency meetings to share insights, strategies, and updates, driving collaborative teamwork.
\n
• Provide timely clinical consultations during both crisis and non-crisis situations, supporting clients with immediate resources and interventions.
\n
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the virtual working environment, reporting any technical or procedural issues to management.
\n
• Engage in professional development by facilitating training and workshops for interns, aimed at continuous compliance with evolving federal, state, and county guidelines.

• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation as assigned by the Director.
\n
• Oversee the intern recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to align new team members with organizational values.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role involves providing psychotherapy services to a diverse client population facing a variety of emotional and social issues. Your expertise will be vital in delivering tailored mental health support to individuals in both inpatient detox and outpatient settings, ensuring comprehensive care that fosters recovery and emotional well-being. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
