Bliss Reformation And Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position primarily focuses on providing exceptional mental health support within a dedicated detox center in El Paso, Texas. The LCSW will be responsible for assessing clients' psychosocial needs, offering therapeutic support, and creating personalized care plans to enhance emotional well-being and promote healing.

Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while making an impactful difference in clients' lives. Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, though some evening or weekend hours may be required based on client needs. Flexibility in scheduling is essential for client visits, ensuring that each client receives continuous care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychosocial needs, taking into account their emotional, mental, and social circumstances.

• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, focusing on their unique goals and preferences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
