Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using empirically-supported treatment modalities tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.

• Implement approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to promote healing and personal resilience.

• Design and execute personalized treatment plans that establish clear therapeutic goals and interventions based on individual assessments.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Engage with the treatment team to develop and implement client-centered strategies that reflect best practices in therapeutic care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to protect client well-being.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to enhance clients’ overall therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
