Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will entail a variety of tasks aimed at fostering the well-being of your clients. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions across diverse age groups, addressing various clinical presentations and needs.

• Maintaining thorough documentation by completing clinical notes and record-keeping promptly after each session.
\n
• Managing your appointment schedule effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and a continuous therapeutic relationship with your clients.

• Utilizing our billing service, which streamlines claims processing, client accounts receivable, benefit checks, and payment plans, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, providing therapy to individuals from different backgrounds, ages, and presenting challenges. Our center serves a population that may include those experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, particularly within our hospice care context. Your expertise will significantly impact their emotional health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Professionalism and strong therapeutic boundaries, demonstrating cultural competency and self-motivation.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload.

• Availability to work full-time, including a minimum of two evenings per week to accommodate client schedules.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with significant training and experience in couples therapy are highly desirable, as they will enhance our ability to support relationship dynamics among our clientele. Further, engagement in ongoing professional development is essential to maintaining and expanding therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional bonuses available. Benefits include:
