Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, determining their strengths and challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the unique cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to support clients' mental health and recovery journeys.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline goals, therapeutic interventions, and criteria for progress monitoring.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to create holistic care plans that ensure the comprehensive treatment of clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services that include risk assessments and safety planning to manage acute challenges faced by clients.

• Actively advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with community resources for ongoing support and case management.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
