Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients in both office settings and community contexts, conducting assessments and delivering therapy aimed at addressing mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring access to necessary services and resources.

• Provide a continuum of care including brief interventions, therapeutic services, and crisis intervention to help clients navigate their mental health journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions and ensure compliance with agency policies and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and contribute to collective goals that enhance service delivery.
\n
• Maintain a caseload while effectively monitoring client progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to care as needed.
\n
• Respond to emergencies as they arise, ensuring client safety and facilitating appropriate interventions.
\n
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by offering feedback on agency practices and participating in relevant committees.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing major mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and other emotional disturbances. This role requires a commitment to working with diverse populations, recognizing the importance of cultural competence in delivering care that respects each individual’s beliefs and values.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is highly preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to interact with clients and team members effectively.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

• Competency in age-specific issues and developmental needs relevant to the populations served.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly with treatment experiences addressing complex mental health needs.

• Expertise in crisis management, risk assessment, and executing treatment plans for various populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
