Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying their strengths and challenges.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include specific goals, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring to guide clients on their recovery journey.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for every client.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including performing risk assessments and implementing safety plans to mitigate immediate harm.

• Advocate fiercely for clients' rights, connecting them with essential community resources and providing case management that supports their needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
