Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with assigned clients, both in the office and the community, to provide clinical interventions and support for those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to assess client needs and collaborate with colleagues to arrange for detailed mental health assessments when necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that address the holistic needs of clients, facilitating access to appropriate linked services.
