Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and identify their unique strengths and challenges.

• Design and deliver individualized treatment plans, tailoring evidence-based therapies—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy—to meet client needs.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering an empowering environment that encourages healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, to coordinate comprehensive care and monitor client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
