Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that are both effective and responsive.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic methodologies to manage and alleviate symptoms.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and accuracy in documentation to uphold the highest ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other social workers, to ensure integrative care for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and the resources available to support their mental wellness, empowering them with knowledge for their journey.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health practice, incorporating new findings into client care to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.

• An active and valid LCSW license issued by the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing psychotherapy in a mental health setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will receive:
