Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify their strengths and support systems.

• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual, family, and group psychotherapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions based on assessment findings.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that engage clients and foster community support.

• Perform risk assessments, crisis intervention, and develop safety plans for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation and clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring client confidentiality.
