This full-time position is remote, allowing for flexibility and balance in your professional and personal life. We are open to scheduling options, including 4x10 hour shifts or traditional 5x8 hours, providing work hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to a variety of clients, including individuals, families, groups, and couples, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to collect and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health-related information to inform treatment planning.

• Assess client conditions and establish personalized treatment plans that address a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and family dynamics.

• Coordinate and facilitate programs and activities that address clients' emotional and social needs, ensuring the integration of necessary community resources.

• Manage and facilitate therapeutic sessions that may include cognitive behavioral techniques, crisis intervention, and emotional support.

• Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and mutual respect, which is foundational in effective treatment.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatments as necessary based on client progress.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans using the appropriate electronic health record systems, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Manage an active caseload, ensuring timely and accurate case documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical social work, counseling, or closely related fields.

• Proficient understanding and experience in addressing behavioral mental health issues, including depression, mood disorders, substance use problems, grief, and family dynamics.
