Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging with our diverse team and clients over digital communication channels. The scheduled work hours are flexible, with full-time options available, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families in a compassionate manner.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments by interviewing clients to gather critical social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.

• Evaluate and address client issues within your scope of practice, employing evidence-based solutions and treatment plans.

• Coordinate and design programs and activities to fulfill clients' social and emotional needs and facilitate recovery or improvement.

• Manage diverse cases involving cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health concerns, with a focus on short-term crisis resolution and appropriate community referrals.

• Build and maintain a therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with clients.
\n
• Assess and document the effectiveness of treatment plans and services, ensuring all findings are appropriately recorded in client files.

• Maintain an active caseload, routinely documenting all interactions and treatment notes in compliance with established protocols.

• Provide individual and family clinical counseling to guide clients toward healthier outcomes.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisory staff, contributing to the overall efficiency of our team.

Qualifications\n
