Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients managing severe mental health conditions, ensuring that services are tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based treatment and support, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and coordinate care effectively.

• Monitor client engagement and wellness by tracking attendance and progress in relation to treatment goals, and make necessary adjustments to therapies and support as required.

• Assist clients in crisis intervention situations, providing immediate support and resources to help them navigate challenging circumstances.

• Conduct regular screenings and assessments to identify emerging issues and refer clients to appropriate services as needed.

• Document all client interactions promptly and accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and quality management within the organization.

Qualifications\n
