Key Responsibilities\n

The selected candidate will be tasked with a variety of essential functions, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays and the necessary interventions.

• Collaborating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.
\n
• Monitoring and documenting client progress and outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
\n
• Providing ongoing support and guidance to families, equipping them with information and resources to help facilitate their child's development.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to Natural Learning Environment practices during service delivery.
\n
• Offering training and assistance to families in strategies that enhance child development.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations in service provision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves young children aged 0-3 years, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays. As an LCSW, you will work closely with families to address their concerns and help their children develop critical physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills required during these crucial formative years. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving developmental outcomes and enriching the life experiences of both children and families.

Qualifications\n

The successful applicant must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate of Social Work (DSW).
