Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand each child’s unique needs.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), aligning treatment goals with each family's circumstances.

• Monitor and assess outcomes of implemented strategies, adapting approaches as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
\n
• Offer guidance and support to families, helping them develop skills and strategies to foster their child's development.
\n
• Engage in regular team meetings to provide insights regarding family dynamics and interventions, contributing to effective interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations to maintain the highest standards of care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in developing joint plans with families, focusing on enhancing their child's progress.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model to facilitate learning in natural settings, encouraging family involvement in the development process.
\n
• Document case progress and outcomes in compliance with agency standards, ensuring clear communication among team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on providing support to infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will play a pivotal role in early intervention services, assisting families in enhancing their children's physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their formative years. Establishing rapport with clients will be crucial in fostering a therapeutic environment that encourages growth and development.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
