Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to understand their developmental needs.

• Participate actively in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation, ensuring that family priorities and concerns are at the forefront of planning.

• Monitor progress and outcomes for children as a collaborative team member, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

• Provide individualized support and guidance to families, equipping them with the skills and information necessary to enhance their child's development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the coaching model to help families engage with their children in natural learning environments.

• Maintain compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of the families and children served.

• Develop trusting relationships with children and families to foster a supportive and enriching learning atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Wealth Wellness Center, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Your role will involve collaborating with families to create effective strategies that promote growth in areas such as cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication skills. You will be a crucial ally in their journey, helping families navigate the complexities of early intervention.
