Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather vital information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, defining achievable goals and effective interventions.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each client's care.

• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure client safety and well-being.
