While the role is primarily remote, occasional onsite meetings or training sessions may occur as we integrate new therapies and program developments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health needs, strengths, and coping resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based and culturally responsive treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions aimed at fostering improvement in clients' mental health.

• Collaborate effectively with other health professionals within our treatment team to create and execute comprehensive and client-centered treatment plans.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure safety and address immediate mental health needs as they arise.

• Facilitate informative group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that empower clients through shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
