Work Environment\n

In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to design your workspace while collaborating closely with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM, and we offer flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to gather vital social, personal, environmental, and health information, aiding in the formation of individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate timely interventions for cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health issues, ensuring support for clients in crisis.
\n
• Develop and implement programs that address clients' social and emotional needs, coordinating services with community resources as necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate case documentation in adherence to organizational protocols, ensuring up-to-date records that reflect the services provided.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment approaches and make adjustments to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in emerging areas of social work practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance abuse, grief, and familial issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a compensation package that reflects the experience and expertise of our employees. Based on qualifications and experience, the annual salary will range from $85,000 to $104,000.
