Work Environment\n

This full-time LCSW role will be performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Our team operates primarily Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM, with opportunities for varied shift options, including potential 4x10 or 5x8 schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of essential services that include:

• Providing individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy to address a variety of mental health challenges.

• Conducting thorough interviews to gather detailed social, personal, environmental, and health histories of clients.
\n
• Evaluating and diagnosing clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Coordinating and planning programs and therapeutic activities that cater to the social and emotional well-being of clients.

• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, with an emphasis on crisis resolution and community resource referrals.

• Establishing and maintaining trusting therapeutic relationships with clients to foster an environment of mutual respect.

• Regularly documenting treatment plans, client interactions, and outcomes in compliance with organizational protocols.

• Monitoring the progress of clients and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care delivery.

• Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date caseload fitting within required documentation guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients in hospice care, necessitating a deep understanding of grief, loss, and end-of-life issues.
