Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, including musculoskeletal impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, communicating effectively regarding treatment progress and patient needs.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation for all patient interactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Supervise support staff and students, providing coaching and mentorship to foster their professional development.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, enhancing your skills through continuous education and in-service training.
• Participate in departmental leadership functions, including community outreach initiatives and program development projects.
• Contribute to quality improvement processes by evaluating treatment outcomes and suggesting enhancements to therapy practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal issues. You will be responsible for treating a diverse range of patients, including varying age groups and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is highly preferred.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient cases efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
