As a fully remote position, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while connecting virtually with students, families, and educational staff. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an LCSW will involve a range of essential functions:

• Conducting individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy to address emotional and behavioral concerns.

• Performing comprehensive interviews with clients to collect, analyze, and interpret critical social, personal, and health-related information.

• Developing treatment plans, evaluating client progress, and modifying approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Facilitating access to community resources, ensuring clients receive appropriate short-term crisis intervention and ongoing support.

• Documenting treatment services thoroughly and accurately in client records to reflect compliance with established protocols.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload while continuously assessing the effectiveness of services offered.

• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and collaborate on clients' emotional and psychological growth.

• Adapting therapeutic methodologies to align with varying client needs and presenting challenges.

• Pursuing continuous professional development and remaining updated on best practices in social work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with students and their families, addressing a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief. Your experience and empathy will play a crucial role in building trustful relationships, allowing clients to feel safe as they explore their challenges and journey toward emotional wellness.

Qualifications\n

The requirements for this role include:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
