Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 and provides the flexibility of working from home while contributing to the critical needs of our patients in a hospice center environment. Our LCSW will partner with clients to foster holistic wellness through personalized therapy and support, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.

As part of our team, you will work in a supportive online environment designed to promote connectivity and collaboration among staff. Interacting with a diverse client base from the comfort of your home, you will engage in meaningful work while enjoying the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This position allows for various shift options, such as 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday, accommodating different lifestyles and personalities.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic practices and approaches, including:

• Providing individual and group psychotherapy or counseling tailored to the needs of clients.
\n
• Conducting comprehensive interviews with clients to collect and assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluating and diagnosing mental health issues and developing treatment plans within your scope of practice.
\n
• Coordinating and organizing programs designed to address clients’ emotional and social needs.
\n
• Facilitating crisis interventions for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, employing effective short-term resolutions and making referrals to local community resources.
\n
• Building and nurturing relationships based on trust, respect, and empathy.
\n
• Documenting all interactions and treatment plans in accordance with established protocols to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Maintaining an active caseload that complies with the organization’s quality assurance standards, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the services rendered.

• Offering clinical counseling specific to individual needs, adjusting techniques based on the client's responses and mental health goals.
\n
• Performing other duties as assigned to enhance client outcomes and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on patients within a hospice center environment, addressing a spectrum of emotional and psychological conditions. You will engage with clients experiencing terminal illnesses, grief, loss, and the accompanying mental health challenges. Your expertise will be vital in providing support and resilience in navigating complex emotional landscapes, promoting both mental wellness and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in Texas.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• At least four years of experience in clinical social work or a related mental health field.

• Demonstrated counseling experience addressing behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance abuse, and family dynamics.
