Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Therapeutically assessing and evaluating individual and family needs to tailor an effective care plan.

• Collaborating closely with patients and their families to develop a personalized plan of care based on their unique requirements and the input from physicians and caregivers.
