Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather critical information regarding clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, including setting measurable goals and outlining specific interventions.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes to help clients strengthen coping strategies and enhance their knowledge about mental health.

• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, ensuring clients receive timely support during acute emotional disturbances.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client interactions in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
