This full-time position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children and their families to understand their mental health needs.

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring strategies that promote child development.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate outcomes as part of a cohesive team, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Provide direct support and resources to families, equipping them with tools to nurture their child's growth effectively.
\n
• Administer various assessments and evaluations, maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with children and their families to create a nurturing and healthy learning environment.

• Leverage evidence-based practices to formulate joint plans with families, adapting approaches to fit individual learning styles and needs.

• Implement IFSP recommendations, adjusting service frequency based on developmental progress and family feedback.
\n
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching strategies while promoting a safe and effective learning atmosphere.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards applicable to all staff and individuals served.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children aged birth to three years who may have developmental delays or disabilities. Your ability to connect with and support these young clients, along with their families, will be vital in facilitating their early growth and learning. Through collaborative efforts and family engagement, you will directly contribute to improving their outcomes during these crucial early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required for this position.

• Must be licensed by the Department of Public Health and hold an active LCSW designation.
