Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center, located in the vibrant community of Haltom City, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our expanding team. This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility of scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts within our operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. As part of our commitment to both our clients and staff, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mountain Side Counseling & Wellness Center, you will:

• Provide a range of psychotherapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by interviewing clients to gather critical social, personal, environmental, and health information.
\n
• Develop treatment plans that address the identified problems while coordinating care with other professionals as needed.

• Facilitate engagement in cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, aiding in short-term crisis resolution and providing referrals to relevant community resources.

• Establish trusting and supportive relationships with clients, fostering an environment of mutual respect and acceptance.
\n
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services provided and make necessary adjustments to optimize client outcomes.

• Document all findings thoroughly in client records following established protocols to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Manage an organized caseload, ensuring timely updates and adherence to documentation guidelines.

• Perform any other compliant tasks assigned to enhance service delivery and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges related to mental health, substance abuse, grief, and relationship difficulties. You will engage with clients who have varying levels of need, from those requiring short-term counseling to those in need of more intensive therapeutic support. By establishing strong therapeutic alliances, you will empower clients to achieve their personal goals and enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• An understanding of ethical practices and legal considerations related to social work and psychotherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences are preferred:

• At least four years of experience in clinical social work or a related mental health field.

• Prior counseling experience specifically dealing with behavioral mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
