This full-time role, based remotely in Schertz, Texas, allows for flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), you will:

• Conduct psychotherapy and counseling sessions for individuals, groups, couples, or families, using evidenced-based therapeutic techniques.

• Interview clients to collect and analyze comprehensive social, personal, environmental, and health information, essential for developing tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate mental health issues and treat conditions within your professional scope, ensuring effective therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Develop and implement programs and activities that address clients' social and emotional needs, fostering their overall well-being.
\n
• Assist clients through cognitive, affective, and behavioral health challenges, facilitate short-term crisis resolution, and provide appropriate community resource referrals.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships characterized by mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, thereby enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

• Evaluate the efficacy of the counseling services provided and adjust interventions as necessary based on documented findings.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with established protocols, ensuring timely updates that reflect the services rendered.

• Manage a caseload that aligns with organizational requirements while performing additional duties as commensurate with the role.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is integral in supporting a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various behavioral health challenges such as depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, grief, and relationship issues. You'll play a critical role in the hospice environment, providing compassionate care that enhances the quality of life for clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n
