This remote position allows you to provide essential mental health services while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment. Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a full-time role (40 hours a week) with flexible shift options available, including 4x10 or 5x8 schedules between the hours of 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups experiencing a variety of mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to gather and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health information relevant to clients' challenges.
\n
• Evaluate and offer treatment solutions within the parameters of your practice and collaborate with team members as needed.
\n
• Design and implement programs and therapeutic activities tailored to meet clients' social and emotional needs, utilizing a strength-based approach.
\n
• Manage cognitive, affective, and behavioral health concerns, including crisis intervention and referrals to additional community resources when necessary.
\n
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment of mutual respect and acceptance.
\n
• Document all findings and treatment activities meticulously in client records, adhering to established protocols and ensuring all necessary documentation is current.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring up-to-date case documentation is reflective of all provided services.
\n
• Provide individual clinical counseling and perform other related duties as assigned in alignment with departmental needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse client population seeking support with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and substance abuse. Our approach emphasizes holistic patient care, considering the interplay between personal history, social context, and emotional well-being. You will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their mental health journeys and facilitating access to necessary resources that will support their recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of relevant experience in social work or mental health counseling. Prior experience working specifically with behavioral health issues, including grief, family counseling, and substance use disorders, is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
