Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to clients suffering from major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and create tailored treatment plans that focus on clients' unique needs and goals.

• Implement integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to linked services while facilitating communication between clients, families, and other providers.

• Actively participate in team meetings to devise collaborative strategies aimed at improving service delivery and client outcomes.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to align with evolving needs and circumstances.

• Engage in on-call responsibilities as assigned, providing crisis intervention and support during acute situations.

• Ensure timely documentation and reporting adhere to agency standards and professional ethical guidelines.

• Identify and report potential safety concerns, championing a safe environment for clients and colleagues alike.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to enhance overall client care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (a Master's Degree is preferred).

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• Demonstrated ability to establish positive rapport with diverse clients and effectively collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in detox or rehabilitation facilities is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position is competitive and ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
