Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client information is accurately documented.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest advancements in mental health research and therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse challenges, and family dynamics. Your skill in establishing rapport and trust will be essential in supporting clients through their journey toward improved mental health. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to engage and support clients effectively.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating established relationships with a diverse client base.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus.
