Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups encompassing various mental health concerns.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care strategies that encompass medical, psychological, and social dimensions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapies addressing family dynamics, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, along with malpractice insurance and client referrals to build your practice. Our support staff will assist with billing and documentation processes to ensure efficiency in your practice.
