Key Responsibilities\n

• Create tailored therapeutic strategies to address the unique needs of each client, ensuring that sessions focus on their specific challenges and goals.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, employing evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Unity Point Behavioral Health Services provides a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 per year, along with additional performance bonuses that recognize and reward exceptional contributions to client care.
