This position is designed to offer a flexible work environment, combining telehealth capabilities with optional in-person consultations. As a Clinical LPC, you will work from your home, conducting sessions remotely and attending necessary meetings via video conference. Our outpatient office in Texarkana serves as a hub for client interaction, ensuring help is always within reach.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, through both individual and group sessions.

• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and other therapists, to provide holistic and integrated care to clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records that comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and respect for client privacy.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development workshops to remain abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client demographic includes adults and adolescents facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and substance use disorders. Your empathy and expertise will be crucial in guiding clients towards understanding their mental health issues and developing effective coping strategies. You will play a significant role in helping clients achieve their treatment goals within a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• At least two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally within a clinical environment.

• A thorough understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 110,000 annually, complemented by a performance bonus structure and a generous sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.
