Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to devise individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and seamless communication regarding treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients who may have limited access to typical mental health resources, encompassing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to provide these underserved populations with the care and support they need to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community health setting, showcasing your ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and caseload. Benefits include:
