Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and develop integrated treatment strategies.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health research and practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse clients who face various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of our clients come from backgrounds that have limited access to traditional mental health resources, underscoring the importance of delivering culturally sensitive and effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community health context.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
