Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, address any concerns, and plan for discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans that are centered on the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress notes for each client in adherence to organizational standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be youth and their families, providing mental health support that assists them in addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Valid and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals from substance abuse populations.

• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
