Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans aligned with individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group sessions for clients dealing with similar challenges, providing a space for shared experiences and support.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops and training, to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and caseload responsibilities.
