Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, developing individualized therapy plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, groups, and couples using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including coordinating treatment approaches and sharing insights on client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to effective client management.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
