Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and promoting therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular progress reviews with clients to monitor their mental health status and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized treatment plans that prioritize client wellbeing.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and the outcomes of therapy sessions.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand new clients' needs and challenges effectively.

• Collaborating with a network of healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be primarily on youth, addressing their unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use-related issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
