Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate mental health treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director and clinical team.

• Provide in-service training sessions for medical, psychiatric, and security staff to foster an understanding of current mental health practices.

• Intervene in mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure the safety and security of patients and staff.

• Represent the clinic at commitment hearings, advocating for appropriate treatment and support for patients.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal regulations.

• Verify the mental health histories of patients, including past treatments and medications, to inform ongoing care.

• Prepare regular reports on patient progress and contribute to special reports as necessary for quality assurance.

• Collaborate with nursing and mental health staff to facilitate post-release referrals and continued care.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
