Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies, adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care, contributing insights from your expertise.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to state laws and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available.
