The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.

Work Environment\n

The LPC will operate within a dynamic outpatient office setting while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote work setup. This structure allows for a mix of telehealth consultations and face-to-face sessions, helping to break down barriers to access and ensuring continuous engagement with our clients. Our clinic is operational seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, providing ample opportunities for scheduling client sessions at times that best suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our clinic, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy strategies for each client.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions.
\n
• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address client concerns.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that will enhance overall treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation, in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training programs to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health and counseling.

Qualifications\n

Candidates applying for this position must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
